Physical Therapy : Follow Up / Insurance
One-on-one physical therapy treatments. Surcharge for dry needling.
Service Description
Treatments may include manual therapy, dry needling (surcharge $35) IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), pre/post-operative rehabilitation, therapeutic modalities, exercise prescription, cupping therapy, kinesiotaping, postural assessments, body mechanics education, and gait analysis. Abundant Physical Therapy + Wellness does not participate with Medicare or Medicaid for Physical Therapy. If you are a Medicare or Medicaid patient, please book at a participating facility. Medicare patients are welcome to book Wellness visits.
Cancellation Policy
New address: 2500 Youngfield Street, Suite 5, Lakewood, CO 80215. To keep the office secured, there is a key code to enter the front door. The access code is 1876. Please remember to lock the door behind you. If you do not show up for your appointment, or cancel within 24 hours, you will be responsible to pay $50. Abundant Physical Therapy + Wellness reserves the right to discharge patients at any time.
